Do I need to book for open play?
Drop-ins are welcome but booking is recommended during peak times (weekends and school holidays). You can book online or just turn up we'll fit you in if there's space.
What's included in the party price?
It depends on the package. We offer classic, DIY, laser, private hire, and baby parties, each with its own inclusions. See Events & parties for the full breakdown and prices.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food isn’t allowed in the play area (except baby food for toddlers). Our café has drinks and snacks. For DIY party packages you bring your own food in the party room, as described on Events & parties.
What about siblings?
Siblings are welcome at the same child entry rates. On Sundays the centre lists 0–1 free; on other public days the age bands (e.g. 1–2y11m €6, 3–13 €8) apply. See Services & pricing for the weekly breakdown.
What's your cancellation policy?
For party bookings, we need 7 days' notice for a full refund. Within 7 days, we can reschedule once to a new date within 3 months. Check our Events page for full terms.

Free parking available on-site. We're just off the main Arklow road, well-signed from N11.
By bus
Bus stops within a 5-minute walk. Routes from Dublin, Wexford, and Wicklow town stop nearby.
By train
Arklow train station is a 15-minute walk. Regular trains from Dublin and Rosslare.
